K-12 GERA is guided by six foundational pillars that support our mission to empower students and educators through global collaboration, innovation, and holistic development.

We encourage student-led inquiry and critical thinking by providing access to research tools, expert mentorship, and academic platforms—from early education through high school.

Through hands-on learning and creative programming, we help students build entrepreneurial skills and innovative mindsets that equip them to lead and serve their communities.
